Lisa is skilled in rapid change leadership, enterprise leadership, executive and senior leader onboarding, building team vision, influence, empathy and connection, senior stakeholder management, psychological safety, vulnerability, resilience, and sustainable work-life practices, with a focus on female talent pipeline.

Exec Ascend drew on a combination of diagnostic tools and frameworks, strategic thinking and a deep understanding of leadership and team dynamics to deliver a program that brought out the individual and collective strengths of our team.
