Lisa did a great job delivering “Achieving Peak Performance in a Hybrid Environment” virtually to CPA staff. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive with Lisa’s engaging facilitation style and use of interactive tools being well-received. Being such a pertinent topic, and such challenging times, the main objective was for participants to walk away from the session with practical tips on how to work effectively in this new hybrid model and Lisa certainly delivered this.
