Individual Leadership Coaching Programs

Our Individual Leadership Coaching Programs are designed to embed key leadership capabilities, behaviours, and micro habits, tailored to each leader’s role and career development. These programs ensure sustainable outcomes and maximise effectiveness, accelerating leadership impact and broader team effectiveness outcome.

We partnered with Exec Ascend to deliver a leadership development program for the ANZ payments leadership team. Following the delivery of interview based 360 feedback, Exec Ascend facilitated a series of team workshops, which included visioning and linking strategy with priority leadership behaviours. One year on we still use the outputs of this work, which has resulted in a significant uplift in both individual and team capability.
