I entirely trust that I can share my vulnerabilities completely with Lisa and she will listen to me, challenge me, draw additional information from me and then help me develop strategies to turn these vulnerabilities into strengths. What she will never do is judge me. I think it is this trust that has made my coaching relationship with Lisa such an invaluable part of my professional and personal development at this point in my career. Lisa’s genuine engagement with my success and development as her coachee has given her the ability to truly challenge and extend me, which in turn is achieving meaningful and tangible progress.
