After having returned to work after baby no. 3, I found this to be the most difficult. Team structure had changed and there was very little communication to me with regards to those changes. Lisa was extremely helpful in getting me into the right head space so that I could perform my role well and push on. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to be coached by Lisa. Together we have achieved a great outcome so thanks again.
